How to Complete Your Virtual Skin Evaluation

1. Complete the Form
Share your skin history, concerns, and goals through our online intake form.

2. Upload Photos
Provide clear, makeup-free photos of your skin (we’ll share easy guidelines so you know exactly what to submit).

3. Submit Payment
A one-time $60 fee is required for your evaluation. Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of sending your form. Forms without payment will be declined.

4. Receive Your Customized Plan
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive your Illuminate Blueprint — a professional skincare plan with step-by-step guidance, product pairing confidence, and holistic glow tips to support your results.
